Classic Cologna 52% is a sweet Italian nougat treat made of almonds (52%), honey, sugar and egg whites. It is finely worked by hand into the traditional torrone shape.

Expert artisans supervise each step of the production process. Some steps are entirely performed by hand. The now historic line of Mandorlato (bars, pies and loafs) has expanded to comprise a line of soft nougats. These delicious bite size nougats come in various flavors intended to complete the range of products to meet the market needs. Despite the innovations and technical improvements, the artisanal imprint remains at the base of our company: produce high quality products combining tradition with technology.
