All Olivieri 1882 Panettone are baked to order and shipped express* directly from Italy.
Gianduja Panettone is made with natural mother dough starter. It goes through a 48-hour double leavening. Made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates. The dough is mixed with IGP Langhe hazelnut paste, cocoa, and enriched with 55% dark chocolate chips. The texture is soft, the flavor is elegant but defined, not too sweet in the mouth thanks to unsweetened cocoa and dark chocolate chips. Panettone with gianduja chocolate is rich but highly digestible thanks to the use of excellent raw materials and the long rising technique. It is free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats.
