This pouch of assorted Tenerello contains nine soft bite size chocolate coated nougats. The inside is Cestaro multi award winner Mandorlato (almond nougat) and on the outside a selection of six different chocolates: dark, white, milk, coffee, orange and lemon.

Nougat was invented in the 1400s by bakers from Venice and its traditions have been passed along through generations, keeping the original taste. The carefully selected raw materials make Cestaro’s torrone uniquely delicious.

Assorted Tenerello is Cestaro classic soft bite size nougat with 52% almonds. The interior of Assorted Tenerello is made with our superior almond selection from Spain, a honey blend designed by our pastry chefs and beet sugar, while the surface is covered with a selection of delicious chocolates. As a result, you will be able to enjoy more of our delicious products in one bag.

Assorted Tenerello is produced in a plant that processes milk, soy, tree nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.) and wheat.

Expert artisans supervise each step of the production process. Some steps are entirely performed by hand. The now historic line of Mandorlato (bars, pies and loafs) has expanded to comprise a line of soft nougats. These delicious bite size nougats come in various flavors intended to complete the range of products to meet the market needs. Despite the innovations and technical improvements, the artisanal imprint remains at the base of our company: produce high quality products combining tradition with technology.
